THE BLOODY MARY'S OF THE WORLD - THE ST. REGIS COLLECTION
Infused with Lapsang Souchong tea, the Jin Mary is made by brewing the tea for two minutes and then let it cool. After which, blend the tea and tomato juice and then fill a 16 oz / .5 l martini glass with ice cubes and add the juice blend, vodka, chili oil, soy sauce, sea salt and pepper. Stir well and finally, garnish with the celery stalk and cherry tomato.
